Upgrade New Mexico is one weekend where the entire web development community comes together to help out the local groups that need it most and prove our skills to the communities we serve. Next Upgrade NM will be in January or February of 2009.

- Our current website needs to be re-designed (and we are a very small non-profit, with no extra resources to dedicate to this area). It is outdated, littered with typos, and is user unfriendly to the organization as well as to the community. As an organization that informs the community about their rights, as well as engages in policy advocacy and direct action organizing, we need the capacity to update and post frequently. Our website needs to be not only informational, but an organizing tool. A staff member or volunteer will need training in basic web management.
